I love tofu.
I understand that many people do not, however. Even though I’m not a vegetarian, I love eating vegetarian and tofu is a great source of protein, essential amino acids, iron, and calcium. It’s also delicious when seasoned just right! If you’re unfamiliar with how to cook or season tofu to make it taste amazing, you’re in the right place.
1 package Organic Extra Firm tofu* cut, & pan fried with 2 tablespoons cold pressed organic olive oil.
Season in the pan with:
3/4 teas Garlic powder (I love garlic)
1/4 teas sea salt
1/4 teas red pepper
1/4 teas black pepper
1 teas lemon juice
Cook until crispy/golden brown on each side and then add:
2 Tablespoons Sky Valley Organic Teriyaki sauce and turn off heat.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds to coat and voila!
You’re on your way to enjoying tofu (unless you already loved it of course) !
