Have ticket, will travel!
I’m off again, back to Europe for the remainder of the summer. After doing much traveling over the years, and dealing with my fair share of long-haul flights, I thought I’d share with you a few of my tricks for staying fresh and arriving refreshed after those international journeys.
A natural and healthy choice with a delightful scent! I stash this in my purse during travel.
A miracle worker. Use this for lips, dry patches, before skiing or after sun. It’s super hydrating and healing.
The perfect size for storing in your carry on, gentle on tangles, but powerful like a full-sized brush even on super thick hair.
A makeup artist’s secret weapon. This moisturizer is very replenishing, which is necessary after exposing your skin to the dry cabin air. It also looks flawless under makeup.
I use these when I have to go straight from the plane to work. It makes your eyes so white, even after a restless night’s sleep.
My secret weapon for fighting jet lag. I pop one of these on an overnight flight as soon as we hit the runway at JFK. By the time I wake up, it’s morning in London and we’ve landed! It resets your sleep cycle naturally, without leaving you groggy. Bonus tip – stock up before you leave the USA because you need a prescription abroad.
These are great on the plane not only for gently removing makeup, but also for using to clean up messes and wash your hands without water.
This face mist has aloe, herbs, and rosewater and is so refreshing especially in those humid summer months. I spritz periodically during the flight. It’s very spa like and has a calming scent.
