When I think about the best and hardest workouts I’ve ever done, Barry’s Bootcamp is definitely high up on the list. All of the classes include a treadmill section and a floor/strength section, and most of them alternate between the two… TWICE. So you do intervals on the treadmill, then weights on the floor, and then you’re completely exhausted but you have to get back on the treadmill and sprint at an incline again, and then get back on the floor and do weights again. IT’S CRAZY. But that’s why they have amazing instructors like Rebecca Kennedy @rksolidnyc to push you!
I took Rebecca’s class for the first time last week and must say I have a new favorite Barry’s instructor. Rebecca made sure to walk everyone through proper form on the floor section, had really high energy and the most motivational speeches that got me to power through my second treadmill section. Highly recommend her class for both Barry’s newbies and veterans.
